    As the corporate event planner, we will truly be an extension of your team, handling all aspects of the design, planning and execution. This includes everything from start to finish, turning an initial idea into a memorable experience for employees and clients.

  • Private Events

    As the private event planner, we will manage all of the logistics. This includes choosing a venue, hiring caterers, and coordinating with vendors such as entertainment, or any other details to ensure your event is a success.

  • Event Decor

    As the event decorator, we will create the aesthetic and atmosphere, all the little details that create the desired ambience. This includes everything from the event theme and color palate to floral selections and table settings.

The GERDA GROUP is a boutique Event Planning & Decor company located in the heart of Miami. Our Founder, Gerda Zala-Zaloksne, specializes in creating unique and personalized experiences for her clients. This extends to intimate private celebrations as well as larger scale corporate events such as conferences, team building exercises, holiday parties and annual kickoffs.

We also organize wellness events to keep employees engaged and connect them in a healthy and active way. A few examples include outdoor workouts, desk yoga, go kart racing and fitness challenges.
